INSPECTION

Our inspectors introduce themselves properly before the inspection begins and then start to verify weighing and quality control procedures of import/export products, or render any other services requested by our client, such as briefing them periodically, reporting on operation progress, flagging any abnormality or inconvenience, sending pictures, and so on.

INSPECTION SERVICES AT STORAGES, WAREHOUSES, SILOS, PORT TERMINALS

Our company handles the inspection of the locations or spaces used for transportation and/or storage of goods meant for export and/or local distribution. We ensure that these sites are physically appropriate to store the goods.

LLUEN SRL has great experience working with every means of transportation:

 Wagons:Open, closed, and refrigerator wagons; hopper, platform, cage and tank wagons; boxcars; intermodal wagons and vehicle carriers.

 Containers:Standard, open top, reefer, flat track, insulated, tank and platform containers.

 Barges:Tank, bulk and mutipurpose barges.

 Vessels: Bulk carriers, crude oil tankers, reefers, general cargo vessels.

 Trucks:Tank or tanker, bulk, refrigerator, hopper and cage trucks.

TALLY SERVICES

We provide verification services at vessel loading and unloading areas, containers, vehicles and storages.

We inspect labels, marks and packing, providing daily updates and pictures.

HOSE TEST

Through visual verification, our inspectors ensure there is no leakage during the test.

DRAFT SURVEY

Displacement-based measuring method that concerns draft. This operation is carried out jointly with the vessel´s authorities, before and after loading or unloading.

REPRESENTATION

We represent exporters and importers in activities such as receipt and shipping of goods, on demand.

We handle official plant health certification procedures/applications (SENASA).

LLUEN SRL operations are documented through pictures, digital copies of which are available to our clients.

These will be delivered on demand and according to the safety protocols of the location in which the activities take place.

CERTIFICATION

Once our work is done and upon request, certificates are issued based on lab analysis reports (one or more labs) concerning the samples taken during the inspection, as per national and international standards (GAFTA and FOSFA).

LABORATORIES AND ANALYSIS

LLUEN SRL works with well-known, authorized, independent labs which are part of national and/or international certification bodies (GAFTA, FOSFA and national bodies).
